How Much Does Your Service Cost?

Our pricing is straightforward. We charge $2.04 per pound for both delivery and drop-off services. Please note that dry cleaning and large bedding items are priced individually.

How Much Does Your Service Cost?

We bill directly to your credit or debit card. After each billing cycle, you'll receive a detailed invoice via email. If you prefer, you can also opt to receive invoice totals through text messages.

Is There a Delivery Charge?

There are no additional pickup or delivery fees.

Is There a Minimum Charge?

Yes, there is a minimum charge of $20 for wash and fold services.

I Missed My Pickup Day. Is There a Missed Pickup Fee?

We send email and text reminders to help you remember. If you forget to leave your laundry out or cancel on the day of pickup, a $20.00 missed pickup fee may apply to cover costs.

Is There Any Contract or Long-Term Commitment?

No, there are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time.

How Often Can I Change or Update My Laundry Profile?

You can update your laundry profile as often as you like. Some customers adjust their preferences for each pickup, while others set them once and rarely change them.

Do you offer Dry Cleaning?

Yes, our dry-cleaning services are available at both drop off and delivery. We have the ability to service all of your dry cleaning needs.

What If I Am Not Home When You Pick Up and Deliver?

No worries! Just leave your laundry in an accessible location and update your Pickup/Delivery Instructions in your account. Many customers choose a back door or foyer for drop-offs.

Do You Sell Laundry Bags?

Yes, we offer laundry bags made of 100% nylon, capable of holding up to four loads (approximately 40 lbs). Please note that laundry bag purchases are non-refundable.

When Will My Laundry Be Picked Up and Delivered?

Pickup and delivery times depend on your neighborhood. We strive to provide consistent and convenient service.

When Is the Latest I Could Schedule a Pickup?

Please schedule your pickup by 8:00 pm the day before service to allow our drivers to plan their routes efficiently.

Can You Remind Me to Leave My Laundry Out for Pickup?

Absolutely! We send email and text reminders 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

I Forgot to Leave My Laundry Out on Pickup Day. What Should I Do?

Contact our Customer Service at (402)-435-0515 or email [email protected]. If our drivers are still nearby, we'll do our best to arrange a pickup.

Can You Pick Up and Deliver to My Workplace?

Yes, we can pick up and deliver to your workplace. Just specify the details in your laundry preferences.

Can I have this service for my company?

Yes, we offer corporate or company services. We do individual laundry for offices, uniforms, doctor/lab coats, polos, slacks, etc.

Do you offer short term rental amenity services?

Absolutely, we service Air BnB/VRBOs all over the area. We are here to help.

Do you service event linen and companies?

Yes, we are able to handle the different textiles and have the expertise/equipment to ensure timely delivery and high quality care of your event company

What If It's Raining and I'm Worried About My Laundry Getting Wet?

We double-bag your laundry during bad weather to protect it. However, we cannot be responsible for laundry lost or damaged by weather after drop-off. Please review our terms and conditions for more details.

What Is the Turnaround Time?

Your laundry will typically be returned the next day. Orders over 50 lbs may require 2-day delivery, and those over 100 lbs may take 3 days.

Where Is Laundry Left for Pickup/Drop-Off?

Choose a location protected from the elements, like a porch or garage. We use common sense and will contact you to make alternate plans if severe weather is expected.

Can I Put My Pickups on Hold While I'm on Vacation?

Yes, simply log into your account and place it on "Vacation Hold" until you return.

Can I Get Texts Instead of Emails?

Certainly! Adjust your notification settings in your account to receive texts.

Can I Specify How I Want My Laundry Washed, Dried, and Folded?

Absolutely! You can choose water temperature, detergent type, and whether to use fabric softener. Specify your drying and folding preferences as well.

Will My Clothes Be Washed with Other Customers' Clothes?

No, we wash and dry each customer's laundry separately.

What If I Have Special Instructions One Week?

Log into your account and update your Laundry Preferences with any special instructions. Our team checks your profile for changes each time we process your laundry.

Can I Get My Clothes Air Dried?

Currently, we do not offer air drying services.

What Happens If You Lose or Damage Some Garments?

While we strive for high-quality care, mistakes can happen. Notify customer service within 48 hours if an item is lost or damaged. We are not responsible for weather-related damage after drop-off. Please review our terms and conditions for more details.

Do You Wash, Dry, and Fold Bedding?

Yes, we handle bedding items as part of our services.

Can you service hotels?
